This is a guided meditation on how to ground in your body (uniting the body and mind) as well as in the present moment; the here and now. It’s loosely based on the song: In/Out, Deep/Slow, Calm/Ease… which was introduced in the last couple videos. In the previous video, “Guided Singing Meditation” the song was used very strictly and followed to the letter of the song. This video uses that structure more loosely and provides an example of how you can use the song to be creative with making your own guided meditations (for yourself or others). Enjoy!
