After practicing with being mindful of breath, the next practice I would suggest trying is sitting meditation. Very simply it is being mindful of one’s breath while in the seated position. Easy eh? Perhaps not 😉 With the eyes closed and our brains sole focus on the breath, it gets very bored very quick. It will want to wander off onto another focal point… and your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to bring it back to the breath as often as possible.
